3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your StickyBBQ purchase. Returns or refunds may be requested in the following cases:

  • Your order was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Your order did not arrive.

For food products, we cannot accept returns once opened due to health and safety reasons.
