2. Menu & Availability
2.1 All menu items are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2.2 Prices displayed in‑restaurant, online, or via third‑party apps include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
3. Online Orders (Website)
3.1 By placing an order on shop.stickybbq.com, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
3.2 Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
3.3 Delivery fees, times, and availability are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected or where items are unavailable.
4. UberEats & Third‑Party Platforms
4.1 If you place an order through UberEats, Mr D, or another delivery partner, you are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4.2 StickyBBQ is responsible for preparing your food but not for delivery delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from third‑party services.
5. Payments
5.1 We accept secure online payments via approved third‑party payment gateways.
5.2 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
5.3 StickyBBQ does not store or retain full credit/debit card details.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or collected.
6.2 Refunds will only be considered if:
You received the wrong order.
Your order was damaged or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
Your order did not arrive.
6.3 Requests for refunds must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@stickybbq.com.
6.4 For UberEats orders, refund and cancellation requests must be handled directly with UberEats.
7. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
7.1 While we take care in preparing meals, StickyBBQ cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens (including nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.).
7.2 Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform staff or note this in online orders before purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
